My Story 

I’ve been a realtor since I was 19. Since that time I’ve become a licensed real estate instructor, and the editor of the #1 selling New Jersey real estate text book, Principles and Practices of New Jersey Real Estate. I also mentor new licensees on sales, rental, and investment strategies.  

What Makes Me Different Than Other Realtors? 

I am young, motivated, and an aggressive marketer. After graduating Rutgers in the spring of 2013, rather than go the traditional route of working in finance in NYC, I decided to stick with my career as a real estate agent. Throughout college I worked as a part-time realtor in Hoboken and it was at this time I realized that most realtors were extremely lazy and that I could really differentiate myself from the bunch by performing a high-quality professional service while always getting my clients top dollar. I’m not that typical realtor who’s going to just throw your home on the MLS cross their fingers and hope for the best. I’m going to aggressively and actively market your home not just to the local market but also to the Hoboken and NYC markets because as I’ve seen, many of my past clients move out to the suburbs after living in Hoboken/NYC. By expanding your buyers market we get more views on your property, more offers, and as a result top dollar.

Why Do Buyer's Work With Me?

I always find my buyers a home that suits their needs. Even if there are no homes on the market that fit your criteria, I will find you a home off of the market by directly contacting homeowners. By doing this, the homeowner is paying a lower commission so you get a better deal. I am also a one-stop shop for my buyers. When you work with me, I will direct you to mortgage brokers, attorneys, home inspectors, moving companies, etc. Basically, you name the service that you need and I'll have a professional on speed dial to take care of you.
